It's from a Sonic Adventure 2 Battle gamecube manual. This being around 2002-3 so this was back when feminist sort of meant equality. Remember in the game Eggman captures Amy and points a gun to her head.

I think this description also appeared in Mario and Sonic at the Olympic winter games on the DS (2010), either in the little booklet the cartridge came with or the game itself, i don't remember.
