I go off the grid for a week... and come back to all this?!
This disappoints me.
During the Ellen Pao fiasco, even more subs went private in an "act of defiance". All to make a point.
But KiA stayed up because people needed to talk about this.
However, I understand. Reddit has been on a full scale jihad over this and (now that I think about it) would have celebrated KiA staying open to discuss this as they would finally have their exuse to nuke the sub entirely.
That said, I've been OOTL the past week because I was moving house. Imagine my surprise to finally have the computer out of the box and internet finally set up, and I log in to KiA after nearly a week only to find... it's been set to private.
Had me worried for a second, there.
Especially since KotakuInAction is NOT LISTED in the the link.
This disappoints me.
