Except Overwatch women are achieving women. Mei is a polar scientist. Symetra is a solid light engineer. Zarya is a bodyguard strong enough to handle a robot laserbeam canon. Sombra is a wizard-class hacker. They are not couch blobs of fat whining that society must change to accept them as they are while taking another gulp of soy milk, they handle themselves.

Their skin color and/or gender say they are victims? No they are not. They don't fit the narrative. That in my humble opinion is diversity done right, not wokeism, and good on the Overwatch team for achieving that.

For that matter, every character is an achieving character. And merit is antithetic to the woke ideology. What you achieve is secondary, what you are is who you are.

The only truly woke point the OW team went after was "Soldier76 is now gay". However picking the dreaded "old white male" to push woke points sounds all kinds of ironic to me. It's as if they meant to go after the double-standard and make heads spin, but that's just speculation on my end agreeing with my bias.
