When I was little I really liked arena-style fighting games to play with my friends and family. On PS2, Tom and Jerry War of the Whiskers comes to mind.
I don’t play video games as much anymore so I haven’t been keeping up with what’s out there for Xbox One, but those or party games are always fun for multiplayer.
I don't really have too much time to play anymore either, but one of the reasons I stuck with Xbox is because all (most) of the old games still work and we have a pretty large built-in library from when I used to be a gamer. Last night the kid was happily playing Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy which came out in 2003. I wish he was playing the $60 game I got him for Christmas, but whatever. haha
There are a lot of fun party games like Castle Crashers, too.
Is Fable 1-3 on the Xbox One? Those were entertaining. Ori and the Blind Forest and its sequel. Never played it but Halo Wars 2 was supposed to be good.

This one is only Rated M because some of the games. Conker's Bad Fur Day for example, tick all those triggers for alcohol, swearing and gunplay. Fun game, but not for kids. And to top it off, it's free if you have gamepass. But there's good old Battletoads in that collection which is great for multiplayer fun.
Yeah, I picked it up and it's excellent. We don't have a Switch, so this is as close to the Zelda game as we can get. We're playing on Story difficulty so the enemies are pushovers, but the exploration and puzzles are intact. Kids = happy.
..oh and the damned XB1 power brick died on Christmas day about 20 minutes into the game, so we're not too far into it. Cheap Chinese replacement came in yesterday so we're back at it.
Alien Isolation scares the shit out of me. It's something I play when everyone is in bed, so I kill the lights and put on some headphones. I have Outlast, but only played a few minutes of it.
Ah, Mrs. WassermanSchultz, awaiting your next orders...
I was interested in getting Hades, looked fun, innovative, not supporting the AAA mafia, but got so bogged down with work and honestly i've got a ton of games to play that i'm behind on. oh, 10... it may be a lil complex cause i hear its a pretty good RPG, well new games suck in the couch co-op realm which is what i grew up on with 2 brothers. I'm actually looking at getting into the games industry and i wanna bring couch coop back. if you don't have rocket league get it
Megaman 11, on sale for $9.99 right now.
Nice - I might pick that up for myself haha

Oh - that looks fun. Thanks. I still have plenty of shopping time, so if anyone has more ideas, I'm listening.
I will repost to KiA2, but the posts in there seemed to be more political than here. At least it's semi-active though.
Castle Crashers
Castle Crashers is a good one. Got it already though..

Fenix Mortal Rising is a great game. I’m almost through with it but I love the Greek mythology and the banter between Prometheus and Zeus

I also can suggest Talos Principle which is all puzzles that I enjoyed. The Witness is another one.
Sad about the Xbox bricking. I usually get the PlayStation day 1 but I held out this year thankfully.
Fenix is a blast to play. I love the visuals and the comedy in it. It’s a fresh take on games where most are violent these days.
I can’t wait till Horizon Forbidden West. I absolutely loved the first one and I hope it delivers.
And Alien Isolation for yourself. That’s a GOTY for me. Outlast too.

Outlast got me prepared for isolation. Both games scared the crap out of me. I spent 45 minutes in the Med bay locker one play through.
Dead space is another one from back in the day.

Toejam and Earl Back in the Groove
Awesome - Haven't played this for 30 years lol. Is it updated and upgraded?
GTAV
It's funny that you went out of your way to insult a small child. Keep living your life though - sounds like you're happy and fulfilled.
