A realistic female lead in a game would be a not skinny not kind of chubby potato girl
There's more 9/10 instagram models in the world than there are butch almost fully transitioned woman things like Abby. Literally any type of woman would be a more realistic depiction of women
Ellie was realistic because she literally is just skinny potato girl. My issue was people always used Ellie as an example to shame any developer who takes the time to make an attractive lead

and that's just as bad as "sexism"
a beautiful woman should not be taboo
It's ok to be fit.
It's ok to be pretty.
I found Abby to be an extremely realistic male lead. Why are these dumb fucking bigot journalists assuming his gender?
A, we don't need female leads, unless the story is about female experiences and issues - unless it's about topics that have anything to do with women.
B, if these people ever met a realistic female leads, they'd tar and feather her for internalized sexism.
But TLOU2 doesn’t have a realistic female lead...
it seems the only people that can accept a “realistic female lead” are shitty journalists
I'm reminded of an old patri-archie comic.

This was more realistic:
